Anovus Corporation effectively and efficiently manages all phases of your project from concept to closeout and occupancy. Anovus Corporation is a Florida Certified General Contractor, based in Naples Florida, USA. We offer our resources and expertise for your upcoming construction project.
As a construction company executive and owner, I have managed construction projects throughout the United States and for the last 16 years in SWFL.. My experience includes management of a large professional staff managing multiple projects of varied scope, size and complexity at any given time. I have had the great fortune to work with some of the most talented design and construction professionals, developing lasting friendships with many partners and clients throughout my career.
Anovus Corporation is built on the foundation of all of my experience and the belief that quality client focused services will always be in demand.
Anovus Corporation is especially adept when working with clients as their Owner’s Representative. The more complicated a project, the more Anovus Corporation provides in added value to you, the client. At Anovus Corporation we are very comfortable working as the client’s partner and consultant. We can also provide ongoing management presence on a contract basis after project completion.
Our Mission
Anovus Corporation continues to seek out clients with challenging projects, requiring representation and services in the form of Agency CM, Cost Plus a Fee CM, CM at Risk, or as Owner’s Representative. We develop a program based on our client’s unique needs and project requirements. From hourly task-based consulting services, to full program management, we have the expertise and resources to deliver.
